Muscle & Fitness Magazine is one of the most popular magazines in the United States, and has rated AEROBIC "Kick Boxing", also known as CARDIO-THAI BOXING, as the #1 Fitness program TO DATE! These types of programs are very popular because they have upper and lower body workouts that burn up to 800 Plus calories per hour. In our program, the techniques of Thai Boxing, enhance with Resistant Bands, Jump ropes and Mat Drills Training, will make you feel Super-Charged, and give you the energy to go the extra mile With a Brand New Body.

In our KICK BOXING AND HIIT FITNESS PROGRAM, the members wear their own aerobic or gym workout gear while they workout to motivating music. Our classes are 50 intense minutes long. We warm up and stretch during the first part of class jogging in place, light calisthenics, followed by light stretching. Then the real workout begins. It is 45 minutes of kicking, punching, bobbing and weaving as you dance around your individually assigned bag. Other moves include jabs, kicks, uppercuts, and right crosses while you shuffle back and forth to give you the BEST CARDIO WORKOUT of your life. In our program we incorporate Dumbbells , Jump Ropes, Medicine Balls, Resistant Bands, Kendo Sticks best known here as "KENDO CARDIO", for an extra workout to help with Toning and Sculpting the body. The end of class is an intense 10 minute workout that includes isolation floor exercises which target the abdominal area, hips, legs and buttocks.
